After Sales Service:

1. Any cargo damage, shortage, package damage have been found after goods delivery, customer can contact our sales dept  by e-mail: sales@buyouright.com within 2 week. We will follow the case and investigate with fowarder and provide feedback to customer as soon as possible.

2. Any electronics products purchased from BYR Electronics have 1 year warranty.If any quality problems have been found within warranty, customer can contact us by e-mail: info@buyouright.com and seeking help from us.

3. Most of our product have related certification, like UL, CE, FCC, ROHS, you should advise to our sales staff if you have any certification requirement before ordering, we will confirm if any of them are available and customer can ask for a copy of certification for customs clearance purpose if needed.
